About Free Career Match
My name is Greg Gipp. I have a BSEE and an MSEE and I spent 34 years as an Engineer at a Fortune 100 company specializing in deep research and problem solving.
Now retired, I want to give back by helping students and career changers find careers they will absolutely LOVE. Unlike other services I don't use algorithms
or generic assessments to generate cookie-cutter matches.
My unique approach: I personally hand-craft every analysis using four powerful tools, spend unlimited time understanding the "why" behind your interests, and provide written detailed explanations (not canned responses) for every recommendation.
This isn't a business - it's my passion. I love this work more than my 34-year Engineering career, which means that I never settle for "good enough".
